ADHD Testing
Are you having trouble focusing or completing tasks either at work or at school? Have you wondered if you have ADHD? At Birchwood, I will obtain a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and together we will discuss the next step. I usually begin with self rating assessment for adults and parent/teacher assessments for the pediatric client. If the results are not clear, then I will refer you for a neuropsych or psychological evaluation. I also offer an FDA approved test through Qb Check which is done in the office. I do provide support letters for 504 plan and/or IEP letters. Each individual’s ADHD evaluation is individualized based on specific needs.
