Birchwood Restorative Wellness is a private-pay practice.
Intake — 90 minutes: $675
Follow-up — 30 minutes: $275
Follow-up — 45 minutes: $325
Insurance
Birchwood is currently pending being credentialed with Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Tufts, Harvard, Aetna, Optum, and Carelon.
Out-of-Network Benefits
If your health plan offers out-of-network benefits, a superbill can be provided for submission to your insurance provider by the client for reimbursement.
No Surprises Act / Good Faith Estimate
If you are uninsured or choose not to use insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of scheduled care. Ask Birchwood for a written estimate before services are provided.
In accordance with the No Surprises Act, a Good Faith Estimate will be provided upon request before services begin, within 3 business days.

Birchwood Restorative Wellness is an outpatient practice and is unable to provide emergency or crisis services. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or are concerned about your or your child's immediate safety, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department for further evaluation.
